I cosplayed an Idol!! omg!!
Everyone knows that Sayaka and Takamina are fiercely loyal to AKB so it only makes sense they would be fiercely loyal to each other as friends too!

T:RC Linked Worlds
This photo turned out SOOO nice!
Katsucon was really crowded this year, so :iconvilya0:, CosIT, and I had to get creative with shooting space. We found a tiny corner no one wanted because of the different walls, but we thought it worked really well for Tsubasa cosplay because it was like "changing worlds" in a way! (With Syaoran leading the way!)

Hey everyone. I know I've been fairly inactive this year with the exception of a few deviations. I've been very busy this year and I have returned to college to further my education in another field, so that keeps me extremely busy!

Now I wanted to address something that has come up.
PHOTO. PERMISSIONS.

I often get requests for photo manipulations, and/or people stealing my images without permission.

Here is my official stance on photo manipulations: "I DO NOT ALLOW PHOTO MANIPULATIONS

First: I don't even have the authority to give out permission in the first place. Yes, I am the model in the photo and it is my cosplay, but the intellectual RIGHTS belong to the photographer. I am allowed to post their photos of me with THEIR permission. I don't give out permission mainly because of this.
Second: If the person who took the photo wants to manipulate THEIR OWN photo of me, they are within their rights to do so. However if said photographer chooses to manipulate the photo into something demeaning or lewd or inappropriate, I will be very upset and possibly seek legal representation if an agreement cannot be reached.
Third: My photos ARE NOT STOCK PHOTOS.  DO NOT TREAT THEM AS SUCH.
Fourth: I don't actually like third party photo manipulations very much. To me it feels like the third party is completely dismissing all of the hard work the photographer and I put in to creating the image. The cosplayer puts in a lot of hard work in order to make the costume and the photographer puts in a lot of hard work to make the picture of the costume look great. So when a third party comes in and decides to take the photo and make changes, it really rubs me the wrong way.

Permission to manipulate photos should always come from both the photographer and the cosplayer/model with credit given to both parties. Not doing so means you've stolen the art and basically ripped it apart for your own fancy.

Respect the cosplayers.
Respect the photographers.

End of story.

Hi! Thank you! I sort of take commissions? I have a really intense schedule so I never take on more than 1 person at a time and usually they are really lenient with their time frame since I am so stupid busy all the time.

Hey Kristen! It seems like an early notice but :iconstraywind:, :iconfatalvalkyrie:  and I were discussing a group for Colossalcon next year and we were going to do Sailor scouts. I was wondering if you wanted to join us as Venus? I know you cosplay her a lot and I have wanted to cosplay Sailor Moon with you for awhile lol. I was going to be Jupiter and FatalValkyrie was going to be Mars. Straywind was either going to be Mercury or Moon (undecided lol)
Let me know if you would be interested :)
